Team BDS won the RLCS World Championship in 2022 and 2024, the Esports World Cup in 2024, and is the most decorated Rocket League organisation in history. However, Team BDS recently sold its entire roster after the RLCS World Championship 2024, with the company sharing<a href=https://esportsinsider.com/"https:////x.com//TeamBDS//status//1845464509882011955//photo//1/"> a detailed statement<\/a> about how it plans to &#8216;review its investment and position&#8217; in the RLCS.<\/p>\n\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-67cf634856c8b\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n    \n<p>Team BDS has announced that it will stay in the Rocket League esports space, but will &#8216;start from scratch&#8217; and work its way up once more. Following the restructuring of its competitive efforts, Team BDS will also focus on tournament organisation, which is to be shown during the off-season through the new tournament.<\/p>\n\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-67cf63485741b\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n    \n<p>Take The Throne is to take place on November 23rd, 2024 at the B\u00e2timent des Forces Motrices in Geneva, a historic power plant and waterworks building built in 1883 and updated to include a 1,000-seat auditorium for events in the 1980s.<\/p>\n\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-67cf634857b7b\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n    \n<p>Take The Throne event&#8217;s prize pool was not disclosed by Team BDS, but the company did say that it will be the &#8216;largest professional esports event in Switzerland&#8217;s history&#8217;.
